Aseptic Production and Packaging

Laboratories use small stainless steel vessels (from 0.1 liter) to research lead structures and develop and research medicinal products. Pilot plant use small bioreactors (e.g. 10 liters) for process development. Pharmaceutical productions use larger batch containers (e.g., 200 liters) for aseptic productions. For sterile packaging, storage and transport stainless steel pharmaceutical cans and pharmaceutical bottles from 0.03 to 30 liters are used.

Tri-clamp nozzles and connections allow easy assembly. FDA compliant gaskets are chemical and temperature resistant.

  • Pressure and vacuum resistant (CE/PED)
  • Sterilizable and autoclavable (SIP)
  • Easy to clean (CIP)
  • No dead space
  • Easy to mount
  • Optimized residual discharge
  • FDA-compliant gaskets
