Aran's top tips for bag in box solutions - Transporting Bag-in-Box
To prevent the Flexcrack phenomenon during transportation, avoid headspace between the filled bag and the container's top cover. If there is any headspace, fill it with dunnage material to block the bag and prevent flexing. Folding the bag's top corners and tucking them in improves stability. Avoid pinching the bag when closing the container.
