One of our new products that we have added to our portfolio is the Variable Capacity Tank for the wine industry. Ranging from 100 liters to 16000 liters in size giving Black Forest the edge on offering a larger variety of options for all size wineries.
Giving Back
Black Forest is very active in supporting the March of Dimes specifically the Annual Signature Chefs Black Tie Auction. This is a community event that we have been involved with over the past 10 years. This event annually brings in around $200,000 and the monies raised help in the research to prevent premature births and educational programs to support the NICU families.

Open Fermentation
Our Brewery Guru has some words on open top fermentation we would like to share:
The recent popularity of these non-conventional beer styles and methods for creating them really opens up the playbook for dynamic equipment suppliers like Black Forest. I could also see these potentially being used in a brewery’s sour program.
Vessel formats that were traditionally used 
in wine or other beverage processes are now showing up in breweries. The number of small breweries is growing by two daily in the US alone.
I could also see these in a small distillery, a Cidery or even a Kombucha brewery. It all just depends on how the operator wants to put it to work.
