Black Forest wants to inform you that we cannot state business as usual, but we are striving to fulfill most new order requests as well as attempting to fulfill any/all open orders given the uncertainty of future supply chain challenges.
At this time, Black Forest has been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. Some of our product suppliers have increased lead times due to their raw material suppliers, rest assured we are monitoring this situation very closely. We are committed to keeping our customers informed with order updates and product availability. If or until the local authorities decide otherwise, we will remain open Monday – Friday, 8:00 am -5:00 pm EST to service our customers.
Another priority for us is to ensure the health, safety and well-being of our employees. In this situation, our goal is to minimize the risk of infection as much as possible in order to ensure the continuity of our operations as part of our commitment to you, while prioritizing the safety of our employees in our Greenville facility. Please understand we will not accept any visitors at this time.
